Position Description:
1. Implement company's quality policy, maintain quality system operation;
2. Supervise and guide the QC team leader and QC daily inspection activities;
3. Organize the QC's recruitment, training and assessment work;
4. Responsible for quality inspection standards;
5. Collaborative manufacturing, and engineering to solve quality problem;
6. Collect and analyze data, organize and implement continuous improvement of product quality;
7. Responsible for follow-up and deal with the customer complaints;
8. Other work arranged by superior.

Position requirements:
1. More than 2 years of work experience for LED quality engineer;
2. Familiar with the ISO quality management system, better understand TS16949 system;
3. Familiar with the LED process, office software, and all kinds of quality management tools and industry standards;
4. Know the APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA.
