3. Make purchase system perfect,Responsible for purchasing quality and cost;
4. Evaluate ,manage and access supplier;
5. Make work plan,and submit budget;
6. Responsible for training of pre-job and job,and access;
7. coordinate relevant department.

Qualifications:
1. Junior college and above in management,Logistics;
2. More than 3 years purchasing experience of auto accessories or LED light industry;
3. Familiar with bidding,purchasing,evaluate,access to supplier;
4. Organization ability,good negotiation ability,team-work ability;
5. Professional and moral qualities.
